Musician, singer and songwriter Roberta France shines all the way from Italy and shares with us her talent as she drops her new album aptly named "Awake". The album will be released this June 28th, 2019.
The multi-talented artist has reached the hearts of many by bringing us versatility, uniqueness and fresh vibes on all she does.
"Awake" is the proof of her hard work and her latest project is now available for Pre-Save on SPOTIFY, but you can get a sneak preview of the album's first single on YouTube right HERE.
The debut single also named "Awake" is set in the ruins of an abandoned yet charming castle in the south of Italy and depicts the journey of a sensitive but strong woman who teaches us to live life as an adventure whilst discovering the world and her new self.
It is clear that love is a recurring theme in "Awake" and we are presented with an enigmatic gentleman Roberta talks about in her lyrics, however, their body language creates a misinterpreted atmosphere contrary to the love theme the lyrics depict.
Throughout the song I can't help but notice the groovy organ so perfectly placed in the composition followed by Roberta's vocals giving us that raw emotion we need to feel what's inside her soul.
The song mixes genres such as Jazz and Folk and almost has a bit of a Bossa Nova feel to it. So groovy and chill at the same time, it makes it so easy to listen to and never get bored of this freshness.
