WHO IS MARINA CARÓ?

Born in Kazán city, Russia, Marina Caró moved to Spain to pursue her music career and now lives in Barcelona.

Marina began to study music at the early age of 6 and began professionally performing from just 16 years of age. Graduated from the Contemporary Arts Institute in Moscow, Russia, Marina starts to work on her first album in Russian – it was made up of 12 songs and featured an important collaboration with one of Russia’s legendary artists, Soso Pavliashvili.

At 17 years of age, a strong attraction to the Spanish language and culture grew too strong and Marina began singing Latin songs; “Everything began with the music of the Uruguayan singer Natalia Oreiro, who was amazingly popular in Russia”. Natalia inspired Marina to study Spanish and gather the courage to perform her first Spanish covers. Finally, the consequence was moving to Barcelona where Marina Caró began to work on her Latin Pop music, composing, producing and broadening her career.

Marina Caró has created a steady growing name to keep an eye on.
