As previously announced, the electronic music French star, David Guetta, released his new single on September 30, "Would I Lie To You", with producer Cedric Gervais, and singer Chris Willis, his long-time partner, whose last collaboration together was in 2009, during the production of his album "One Love".
Guetta surprised us and presented us with 4 versions of his reworked Charles & Eddie’s original, besides the lyric video. The single from the EP contains the radio
edit versions, extended, club mix and mix festival. This is where all the
versatility of the French DJs are put to the test, since the single ranges from
R&B, where the initial guitar riffs instantly recall the iconic guitarist
and producer Nile Rodgers, to the drops, which refers clubs and discos of the
70s and 80s, and all the way to extremely more energetic and explosive versions
that do not let anyone be stuck to the ground.
